Two new things are out now. Update the app from Google Play to get them.
Six exercise missions
Prop your phone about two metres away, step back, and move. Your phone watches your body and counts, right on the device. No video leaves your phone, and none of it costs credits.
- Out of bed. Stand up and stay up for 3 to 30 seconds.
- Jumping jacks. 5 to 50.
- Squats. 5 to 50.
- Push-ups. 5 to 30.
- Touch your toes. 1 to 5 times.
- Stand on one leg. Hold your balance.
These get a longer window than the other missions, two minutes instead of one, because getting into position takes a moment at 6am.
Up to five missions per alarm
One mission not enough? Stack them. An alarm can now run up to five missions in order, and it only goes quiet after the last one. Solve a maths problem, walk to the kitchen and scan the code on the coffee jar, then do fifteen squats.
The alarm editor shows your missions as slots, one to five. Pick any mix of free missions and AI missions you typed yourself.
The full free list
With these, the free tier is now fifteen missions: Math, Typing, Shake, Colour tiles, Scan a code, Item hunt, Photo, Steps, Shout, and the six exercises. No ads on any of them. We promised.
